Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) & Floor Plans

You are required by law to have an EPC for your property, marketing is not able to commence without one. Floor Plans are a great sales aid, especially when browsing online. We can organise the EPC and floor plan on your behalf with an independent EPC assessor, additional charges apply. Please contact one of the sales team for further information.

Overseas Landlords

If you are based oversea or about to relocate overseas ensure you apply for a Non- Resident Landlord Exemption Certificate. The tax authorities will deduct 25% quarterly from any rental income unless a certificate has been granted.
